Counseling is something that is unique to each person. While counselor hours may vary, the office hours at Pathway to Peace are Monday-Friday 9:30am-5:30pm. If you cannot reach the office staff within office hours please leave a message or try your call again. If you need to reach someone after office hours, feel free to leave a message on our voice mail and someone will contact you as soon as possible. If you are an existing client and believe that you are in crisis, please call 988 or go to the nearest emergency room, and 911 for life threatening emergencies.

Private pay clients/self pay: Initial session is $160 53 minute sessions is $140 No show fee/late cancellation fee is the full session fee of $140 if you fail to notify within the 24 hour time period

I offer a free 15-minute consultation by phone so you can get a sense of whether we are a good match. It is also an opportunity for me to decide whether or not I will be able to help you.

If you cannot afford my fee, please let me know because I do have a limited sliding scale or I can connect you with another counselor to serve your needs.

Private pay: This will be discussed before the initial appointment. A session is approximately 53 minutes. The initial session time frame will be longer than the follow up sessions. Insurance rate is contracted.

If you do not attend your scheduled appointment, and you have not notified me at least 24 hours in advance, you will be required to pay the full cost of the session.
