To determine if counseling is appropriate for you or a loved one, it may help to ask the following questions: -Has anyone ever suggested that you or a loved one may benefit from counseling? -Is stress preventing you from living a full, balanced life?
Are you or a loved one: -having difficulty managing emotions? -having trouble keeping up with daily tasks at work, home or school? -struggling with a major life change, such as a divorce, death or loss of a job?
